very good internet for online working. we have 2 separate wifi router from 2 different company to make sure that we never lost internet.
very good water supply. we have our own water well and commercial water filter tank. we are sure that the water is clean and no water shortest during dry season.
very good location. House located in the heart of Srithanu. all facility in Srithanu and beach by walking distance.
** please note : they might have some noise some time from the truck as they are a storage area for rock and sand of a construction company, in the back site of property. we do not recommend for noise sensitive person.
