Дважды арендовал дом с Julie. Оба раза все было просто отлично. Первый раз в январе, там столкнулся с тем, что отключили электричество на 4 часа, оказалось, что делали линию передач и свет отключали почти во всем Шритану. Второй раз арендовал дом в июле 23 года и там все было отлично. Все дома, что я видел были чистые и в хорошем состоянии, Julie довольно быстро решает все возникающие вопросы. Если вы в первый раз - советует хорошие места начиная от лендри до проката байков и ресторанов (так у меня было в январе). Я довольно требовательный и долго искал кого-то кто может помочь, но кроме русских риэлторов никого не нашёл, а там есть свои ньюансы по оверпрайсу и т.д. Остановился на ее доме и не пожалел. Рекомендую от всей души!

My husband and I spent three months in the Pink2 house.
The place, very tree-lined, is quiet and relaxing because it is made up of around 8 apartments close together but well arranged with respect for privacy.
In particular, our house, with 3 fairly large rooms, allowed us full freedom of choice to manage our daily life: the air conditioners (in the 2 bedrooms) and the fans (in the living room - kitchen) refreshed the most heat of the day.
Furthermore, the place is surrounded by various essential services (7/eleven, pharmacy, laundry, restaurants and various points of sale...etc') which make travel easier.
This is the second year that I turn to Julie because she is very professional, correct and attentive to any guests' needs.
Its staff is also always present and punctual in accepting or resolving particular requests.
Overall, definitely a POSITIVE experience to be repeated!!
